The Super Mario Bros. Movie had a 59% review average with critics and a 95% review average with users. The Super Mario Galaxy Movie currently has a 43% review average with critics (Rotten Tomato). Like the first, I think Galaxy will be a movie for families and Nintendo fans.

@LibertyCappy Not always. Consoles were the better option. Price, supporting physical media and exclusives were and are still one of the big things PC doesn't have. By now, Sony is saved by just physical media, which is holding the jump of many. Exclusives are just too few and also woke.

@eurogamer I gave it 3 months. 6 if Sony sees it underperforming and makes it F2P. They have like 20k to 40k players across all platforms. It's super low but still salvageable. If they cross the 10k on steam, then its gameover

Hardware leaker Kepler_L2 claims the base PlayStation 6 will launch in holiday 2027. It is expected to come with a 1TB SSD and no built-in disc drive to keep costs down. The leaker says Sony may use neural texture compression technology to make game files much smaller than on the PS5.
