@Neverendsstream Have considered walking pad myself just don’t have the space 🤣 I try to monitor snacks by anytime I feel it, sip water/your choice of drink as can just be boredom or hydration is needed. Often works, just holiday periods like Easter and such are tougher. You got this tho!
