Where are all the people that told me today that the Dominican Republic was going to win because they were having fun and the USA was emotionless? Where are all the people that said the clowns throwing their bats 30 feet in the air, dancing around the bases pounding their chests and yelling, crowding the baseline celebrating in the middle of an inning were clearly better? STAND UP AND BE COUNTED IN THE SORRY LINE. Where was all that energy tonight? It’s fun beating up on teams that aren’t so great. Only scoring one run isn’t so fantastic, huh? Met with Beckett’s leadership last week and was VERY encouraged.
Beckett is investing heavy to scale up, including hiring for dozens of new jobs.
