I don’t believe the president intended to depict himself as Jesus when he posted it. He is a believer after all. I do appreciate that he deleted it—something President Trump has rarely done. Discernment is learned, not always automatic.

Trump has advanced to 6-D chess. Remember, Iran blocked all ships belonging to US allies from entering the Strait of Hormuz. And allowed access to China and Indian ship. And in his wonderful wisdom, Donald Trump just exempted every non-Iranian traffic (ship) from the US Navy blockade. This means that foreign vessels including vessels from China, India and Japan can freely pass through the Strait and do their business. But here is the trick, no tanker coming from the Iranian port would be allowed access through the Strait and no tanker going to the Iranian port would be allowed access through the Strait of Hormuz. This is a high precision operation from Trump and he's pulling it off without stepping on the toes of China, India and Japan. It is just simple. You can do business within the Strait of Hormuz provided you're not dealing with Iran. A very smart move from Trump. The IRGC revenue would feel the hit.
