@AvantiWestCoast Absolute crass incompetence. The 13:01 from Preston to Euston was running on time until 13:03 (!) and then 13:06 and then delayed indefinitely. We understand that engineering works is an issue but how can you deceive your passengers like this with such poor comms

@TheAA_UK 🙏 4 speedy response. The Richards family were travelling northbound on the M5; close to the Burnham on Sea junction they had a burst tyre. They were originally told it would take 1 1/2 hours. It finished close to 5 hours. Battery also flat after hazard lights were on so long

@TheAA_UK my daughter and family waited nearly 5 hours last night for assistance while sitting on the grass verge of the M5. Four children, the youngest aged 4, frozen to the bone. This isn’t good.
