@KhalifKairo Iran never had an airforce, their military is just the conventional ground force and the missile force which is still intact, you claim to know about Iran but dont know this simple fact, why do you think the US is trying to negotiate on their missile program?

You lose entire airforce, entire leadership , your nuclear assets , defense industries then celebrate when your enemy agrees to negotiate after flying 10K combat hours in your airspace and making sure you are weakened for decades to come. Ofcourse you have won.

@KhalifKairo Regime change isnt happening in Iran bro, unfortunately bombing civilian assets and crowded civilian living areas radicalize people against you.

Trump has severely weakened Iran is what most of you are not getting. In a few months if not years, a regime change will happen in Iran. Same script in Libya , Iraq etc. First they weaken you , “negotiate” then silently undermine you for a finishing blow later. Mark this tweet.

@KhalifKairo Wars are not just about what is lost, but what is preserved. If negotiations stop further destruction, that can still be a rational outcome. IRAN wins big!

@CptAllenHistory @sentdefender Not after it has been revealed that the January protests were sponsored by the CIA/Mossad. Also, seeing how egregious the actions of the US were killing school children and bombing infrastructure, the people are much more resolute in their defiance against the US.

@ObongUsanga @BRICSinfo @Vhakhonimajor I am saying they didnt use it on the Libyan issue since they were not aware of the trickery of the US in regards to using UN resolution to invade Libya. Now they are more aware and are not going to give the US such a lifeline.

@ObongUsanga @BRICSinfo @Vhakhonimajor Anyone who is smart knows that that UN resolution was a ploy by the US to try and get a legitimized international coalition to use force on Iran along the strait and Iran's coast, that is how they got Libya, back then the Russians and the Chinese were not strong enough to say No.

@unseen1_unseen The Russians and the Chinese just understand that the US is trying to use the 2011 Libya playbook, Legitimize it's invasion through a UN resolution and hide behind it with the aim of fullfiling its security objectives.

@YawenXu17 @BRICSinfo You get it, this is what was used to legitimize bombing of Libya, the Chinees and the Russians saw through it and knew what the US was trying to do.

@BRICSinfo That’s because 🇨🇳 and 🇷🇺 were concerned that this resolution would have paved the way for unauthorized military action in this critical waterway, which would only escalate the conflict and destabilize the entire region. We don’t want to see a third world war happen, do we?

If you’re China, you watched first the Maduro operation inside Venezuela, and now the rescue operation inside Iran, and you’re in awe of the United States military. The deterrent effect is enormous.

@marcthiessen They know they would get hurt if they tried taking on the US either directly or indirectly via Taiwan or otherwise. Besides, China is pretty gun shy anyway.

The big counterpoint to this: PRC analysts have noted in various fora that we're more aggressive/successful at leadership decapitation strikes than they'd expected. "You win Taiwan, but the top 3 layers of your leadership all die" isn't that attractive a trade for Xi I'm guessing
Phillips P. OBrien@PhillipsPOBrien

Latest piece in @TheAtlantic . What we are seeing from the US strategically, diplomatically and militarily in the war against Iran is probably making it clear to China that the US lack the ability to effectively fight a war in the Western Pacific. US shortcomings are glaring. theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/04/…
