My team and I finished the weekend as @ProspectWireSB Spring Battle Champions!! We went 6-0 and battled together every game. I was seeing the ball well, finished with a .700 AVG/.800 OBP/ 1.200 SLG, 1.914 OPS and did my part in the outfield to help us get the job done. Real talks, hard talks, loud coaching, expectations, and learning from mistakes are all part of the process. You can’t be weak in this sport. Its HARD!! It’s important to understand that a coach who is strict, gets loud, pushes you, and holds you accountable is doing it because they care. They see something in you and they refuse to let you settle for less. Growth doesn’t come from comfort. It comes from being challenged, corrected, and pushed to a higher standard.

My team won the Parish Championship last night in track and field! My results were: 🥇javelin 🥇4x400 🥈discus 🥈400m Track and field was such a fun experience. Onto honing in on my softball reps and preparing for the next tournament!
