Just got done listening to Adam Young and Pete Popovich have a great discussion about golf swing, golf instruction, and student learning. It’s worth your time to dive in - Adam has done a lot of great thinking over the past 15 years. Enjoy it.
And by the way, Adam is a lot closer to Silo 1 than most of Silo 3. Congrats on moving understanding in a positive direction. And great job, Pete - the podcast keeps doing its job. Thanks for taking the time to produce it.

Steve Kerr was asked what makes Steph Curry different. His answer wasn't about shooting. It was about how Steph treats people. Teammates, reporters, fans, kids in the front row. Every one of them walks away feeling like the most important person in the room. The shot to be impressed by isn't the three. It's what happens before and after it. Culture isn't built in offsites. 1. The floor of most bullpens is significantly lower due to pitchers transferring to become the #1 at another institution. More at bats against lower end back end arms.
2. Scoring has become extremely imprudent.
