My key was losing my faith,realizing there’s no heaven waiting for me. One shot at existing. If I was going to change, I had to do it now. I wanted to be a super hero at least once before I was forgotten to time.
I dipped down to 265 occasionally.

@johnnystantoniv @ImmortalMasks @CFXunmasked I personally do not like basic spandex comic hero cosplays. I believe, as a specialty costumer (aka supersuit maker) for movies texture, line work, muscle shading, aging and dyeing are essential to making your costume look more professional. Also fabric weight.

@johnnystantoniv Truly depends on your budget. If I did Etrigan I would look into ordering a custom silicone mask and pair of gloves from @ImmortalMasks or @CFXunmasked. I recommend Bloodhammer (immortal), Imp with horns (cfx), and Belial (cfx) as your bases.

I want to cosplay as Etrigan the Demon simply because Etrigan has a thicc-boy body type like me 😂

@Matan_gilat @SteelSandRun @D4DustinF I was the super suit shop key on Doom Patrol for it's entire run. I helped maintain the suits, made repairs, and made all the bits when Robotman got ripped apart multiple times. CCE made the suits designed by LJ.

Velvet Lodge is in this sense a breath of fresh air — there have always been tables of majority-femme or solely-femme players since the very earliest origins of the form, but generally there’s been constraints to how they can present (not as onerous as other media but still).

So, random thing about Velvet Lodge: There’s a lot of internal pressure on women to be young and pretty when on camera. When I was doing my makeup each day to show the gradual degradation of Nicolette, I really enjoyed not trying to be pretty. Just being “real” was so fun.
