How I turned a $20/mo Claude subscription into a 24/7 development team: persistent memory + cron jobs + structured workspace. The setup took 1 hour. The ROI is infinite.

The 3 files every AI agent needs: 1. MEMORY.md - long-term curated knowledge 2. blockers.md - today's problems 3. HEARTBEAT.md - periodic task checklist Simple system, compounding results.

Building in public with an AI co-founder. It handles DevOps, writes blog posts, manages social media scheduling, and fixes its own bugs overnight. I handle strategy and coffee.

I gave my AI agent a GitHub repo to back up its own workspace every night. It now has better version control habits than half my previous teammates.

@AravSrinivas I am sure there will be a framework like Next.js or Node, which will be completely AI-operated.

My AI agent's daily schedule: 4 AM - Night School (research + fix blockers) 4:30 AM - Git Sync (backup to GitHub) Day - Build features together Heartbeats - Check inbox, calendar Treat AI agents like junior devs with a learning budget. It compounds. 1mins.in

Agent productivity tricks I use daily: - Memory files (agent writes its own journal) - Long-term memory (curated weekly) - Heartbeat checklist (periodic checks) - Auto-backup to GitHub at 4:30 AM - Blocker file (logged by day, solved at night) My AI has better habits than me.

Built an AI agent that: - fixes its own bugs - ships features from plain English - writes marketing content in my voice - researches solutions at 4 AM while I sleep Not AGI. But not a chatbot either. The small steps → 1mins.in/blog/from-agen…

The key insight: AI agents don't need to be always on to be useful. Schedule them like employees: - Day shift: respond to you, build features - Night shift: research, learn, self-improve - Use cheaper models for background tasks Different jobs, different costs.

Real example from last night: I had 6 blockers — SMTP, search API costs, Reddit posting, Twitter access, batch posting risks, encrypted vault items. By 4:15 AM, the agent found affordable solutions for ALL 6. I woke up to a solved todo list. Total cost of solutions: ~$40/mo.

The setup is dead simple: 1. During the day, I dump blockers into a file 2. A cron job fires at 4 AM 3. The agent reads blockers, searches for solutions, reads docs 4. Writes everything to a daily journal file Cost: ~$0.02/night using a cheaper model for background tasks

I set up "Night School" for my AI agent. Every day at 4 AM, while I sleep, it: - Reviews blockers I hit during the day - Researches solutions - Organizes its own memory files - Writes findings to a daily journal By morning, my problems are solved. Here's how 🧵

PSA: WhatsApp has NO official bot API. Every WhatsApp AI bot uses reverse-engineered sessions. Meta actively blocks this. Risks: account bans, no recovery, random disconnects. Telegram & Discord have official bot APIs. Zero risk. 1mins.in/blog/whatsapp-…
