It’s crazy how one conversation can change everything. You’re one DM, one message, or one bold “hey” away from the person who believes in you and opens the next door. A single connection or piece of advice you actually act on compounds like crazy. I’ve seen it happen multiple times.

@michael_chomsky the problem is almost always distribution. distribution gives data, data allows you to make decisions. the bigger problem is distribution can be expensive, so you need decent unit economics to justify it or funding

i deeply regret hours spent designing buttons or doing other bs, when the bottleneck was distribution. or making ui better when the bottleneck was pmf or focusing on work when the bottleneck was mental health and focus for a startup, the bottleneck might be: customer demand, not engineering distribution, not product retention, not acquisition trust, not design sales cycle, not feature velocity positioning, not code founder attention, not team size i have historically been quite bad at identifying bottlenecks, but in a token arbitrage post-agi economy, figuring out what to focus on and ruthlessly prioritizing is more than ever all that matters

Why doesn’t apple transcribe the voice memo as it is being said, instead of after. It adds an extra 3+ seconds every time I wanna send a longer voice memo. @Apple

Nobody is talking about this. Most AI agent companies support 3,000 integrations while Arlo support unlimited. How can we do this?
