We went to a dinner as a group and had a $500 bill. We tipped $40. We were happy we can be able to give our server something, but her reaction was the opposite. She told us she assumed we're going to give her at least $120. When we asked for the manager, she said she was just joking, but she wasn't smiling at all. Idk, but is $40 tip enough for $500 bill? I just feel like expecting $120 is not realistic.

Look Iโm not a doctor and Iโm certainly not a psychiatrist, but I am gonna say this is more than mental illness. This looks like meth to me. And Iโve never taken meds. Iโve honestly never even been in the same room with math, but I did lose my husband to math like heโs still alive, but heโs just out there being a degenerate and this looks very familiar to me.

Anyone who has ever worked on cars can agree. Why do the car manufacturers make it so hard to work on their cars? Even a simple thing like changing a bulb or battery might require you to remove the front end to do it. Do they do this on purpose so they can charge you more or is it poor design?

The cast-iron wood-burning stove where i live now is less effective than the brick fireplace we had when i was a kid

@live_free_603 Mythbusters tested this and the fireplace dropped the temp 5 degrees in the house. Fireplaces are not for heating a home.
