The main town just 20 min of us was ranked the #1 spot people are moving to in the country. Houses are being built so fast, infrastructure can barely sustain. There’s plenty of options that developers can use these old factories for. I’ll take a Whole Foods over a data center any damn day

It’s liberal behavior. Nine times out of ten if you’re all of a sudden outraged over something someone you know said - you’re probably not understanding their point, making assumptions or *gasp* maybe they just worded it incorrectly. A little grace of “hey can you expand on that” or “really? I’m surprised that’s how you feel. I’ve always looked at it from *this angle*. It’s truly so simple.

Conflict is always cool because it lets you see how people respond and who you can trust. If someone says something that doesn't align with who you know them to be, and your response is "wow, mask off" instead of "hmm, maybe they meant something else because this is a weird thing for them to say", it shows you lack critical thinking skills and discernment. You're emotions are actually psyoping you into believing something you know isn't true, but you wont' bother to investigate. Point being, when people do this, they're not actually your friend and could care less about you. That's the mask-off moment 😘

Thanks for the tip. Yeah there is a country club near us but also a couple of lakes (we live right on the Great Pee Dee River too). Unfortunately they closed the community pool cause the town just couldn't afford to manage it anymore. I bet management for apartments can be both rewarding but a pain too. Especially move outs 🤦‍♀️. I do move out cleans for my own landlord and it can be.....something to behold 😂

@Christine_C84 @SenFettermanPA I managed apartment communities for 15 years and have resurfaced many a pool in my day 😅 pools are as bad as boats. Tons of fun - but complete money and time suckers. If there’s a nice membership country club/community pool near you - do that instead.
