Determining a price point to offer Norman this summer will be challenging. If Herro is traded, you need to keep Norm. If Herro isn't dealt, then it's difficult from a financial allocation standpoint to spend significant $$ on Powell, especially considering their two-man pairings have produced uneven results (minus 7 plus/minus).
