Dassault has already designed 4 spaceplanes since 1985 with the Hermes shuttle, the X-38, XLS, Vehra and now Vortex whose first prototype Vortex D will fly in 2028. The prototype 1/2 scale is already under construction.

Dassault fera l'avion et OHB fera le module de service derrière l'avion spatiale. La charge de travail est répartie à 50/50 dès le départ avec chacun sa spécialité et sans échange de secrets. Si ils avaient fait pareil pour le scaf ça aurait fonctionné.
