This is an outrageous ruling by Judge Branstool. He determined the state didn’t prove “recklessness”. Jacob McDonald drove a truck full of batteries into a bus full of kids at 72 mph with no attempt to brake. On a clear sunny day. Into stopped traffic… how does this not meet that classification? This judge and others like him are everything wrong with the judicial system. This truck driver is going to get 18 months and time served. He’ll be out soon. For killing 6 people.. and injuring many others. Kids. F this judge. He’s a disgrace.

Lathapoun Keovongsa allegedly stabbed a parking attendant twice in the head in a parking lot in downtown San Diego. South Africa won’t allow Starlink to be licensed, even though I was BORN THERE, simply because I am not Black! We were offered many times the opportunity to bribe our way to a license by pretending that a Black guy runs Starlink SA, but I have refused to do so on principle. I built CourtWatch.us — a free public database for American citizens who deserve safer communities. You can track which judges released defendants who then got rearrested, skipped court, or violated their release conditions. All public records. All free. I started with Orange County FL and will be expanding to all 67 Florida counties and eventually every state in the country. This first batch of info is from 2024 and since public reports are released in March/April for the previous year, data is behind. But I wanted to see if this is plausible. After adding 2024,I'll add 2025 and then figure out how to get real-time-data uploaded.
