@stusfootyflash That's just that clipped. Ireland dominated England that night and played some tremendous football

One of the hat-trick heroes here was chased away from the club by the same bullies causing chaos this season for being Israeli. Before there's denials just look at the abuse a great servant to the club like Nir Bitton took on social media.

What I would not give for a winger running in behind and squaring it to a striker for a tap in now

@JohnHartson10 John you need to mind your manners here. You don't know what you are talking about.

I’m seeing more and more posts as the season nears a close about Jens Berthel Askou taking over from Martin O'Neill permanently in the summer and, for me, I’m not 100% sold on the idea and here’s why.
I have a feeling this could be this year’s version of the hype around Jimmy Thelin. I remember back to Aberdeen’s run of form when fans were all over social media saying he’d be perfect for Celtic then once that form dipped the hype completely disappeared.
Now don’t get me wrong have Motherwell played some nice football this season? Absolutely. But let’s keep it real they are only six points ahead of Hibernian and they still have to play Hibs twice. What currently looks like an incredible season for this so-called excellent manager could very quickly fizzle out.
Personally I feel Celtic and Rangers being as poor as they’ve been for large parts of the season has put the spotlight on Askou. If both clubs were playing to the standards they should be, in my opinion he probably wouldn’t even be in the conversation.
I must add as well that this summer on paper looks like it will require a bigger rebuild than the one under Ange Postecoglou. There are loan players returning, contracts expiring, and players who want away possibly getting their wish. That’s a massive job.
If Askou had done what he’s done this season two or three seasons on the bounce in Scotland, then yes absolutely, he should be a contender. But right now it feels like “this year’s Jimmy Thelin” until he proves he can do it consistently.
Motherwell will likely lose a few key players in the summer, so I’d be far more interested in seeing how he handles replacing that talent and going again next season. Does he sustain it, or does it fall flat?
I want to reiterate that I’m not saying he’s a bad manager far from it. I just feel people are being very reactionary because of how poor Celtic have been at times this season while Motherwell are sitting fourth. And let’s not forget, Celtic have beaten them two out of three times this season so far.
For me, the next Celtic manager has to be someone with bags of experience, but also someone who plays fast, attacking football that suits the Celtic way. 🍀

@DominikDiamond Full disclosure - we aren’t great. Not the quickest. Better at tweeting than shooting. Not afraid of a 50/50 though. And probably still better than Mvuka

@GorgieTalk Yeah we'll just casually ignore the 3 minute stoppage in play after the stoppage time was announced

@Chris_Kirkpat @LeoBisset @INPHOjames Nope not at all, you're trying to imply that a club who done some training in seamill in the 60s and 70s is the same as these eejits from a gaa club doing a preseason in this day and age. So stop talking shite

@Chris_Kirkpat @Dunga___ @INPHOjames Lots of county teams have sesssions on beaches. Lot of club teams I see training in Wicklow mountains. It’s a nice change from the Gym or doing lap after lap.
