Launched an ad and it flopped. I knew it should have been a winner. then I noticed Went straight from problem → product intro then educating Rebuilt it: problem → educate on solutions → position product as the easier all-in-one. New winner. Make your copy congruent, people don't give a fuck about your product and will scroll away as soon as they see it's an ad.

At 16 I was working in a factory. At 24 my agency's ads spend $3M/month on Meta. The gap between those two things is one system. I didn't come from money or marketing. I came from a production line. What factory work taught me was this: every output has a process behind it. Find the process, control the output. Most people in advertising never learn that lesson. When I started running Meta ads I did what everyone does: - Made more creative. - Tested more audiences. - Increased budgets. Results were random. Wins felt lucky. Losses felt personal. I was guessing with someone else's money. The shift happened when I stopped asking "what should we make next?" and started asking "why did that actually work?" One question produces content. The other produces a system. We started reverse engineering every winning ad. What angle. What hook. What customer belief it tapped into. Then we built a process to find those angles before spending money – not after. We called it the Creative Data System. The brands we work with don't run more ads than their competitors. They run the right ones. $235K to $750K/mo in 120 days. $90K to $2.1M/mo in 7 months. $500K to $1M/mo Meta spend in 60 days. Same system. Different brands. Repeatable results. I went from a factory floor to building the system that runs $3M/month in Meta spend. The difference was never talent. It was finding the process behind the output.

The difference between a $50K/month brand and a $500K/month brand is literally just the ads they're running. I know you’re thinking that’s too obvious but even you don’t know WHAT type of difference those ads have. So let me show you what I mean: Let's say you're selling a magnesium supplement for sleep. You're doing $50K/month right now. Ads are working. ROAS is decent. But you can't scale past this point. IT’S BECAUSE YOU'RE ONLY RUNNING STAGE 1-2 ADS. Your ads look like this: "20% off our magnesium sleep formula" "Fall asleep faster with our magnesium supplement" "Customer review: I sleep 8 hours straight now" These ads work. They convert people who ALREADY know they want magnesium. But here's the problem - there's only about 5,000-10,000 people in your market actively searching for magnesium supplements right now. Once Facebook shows your ads to all of them, you're done. You hit the ceiling. You try to scale spend. CPAs go up. ROAS tanks. Because you're fighting over the same tiny pool of people as every other magnesium brand. NOW HERE'S WHAT A $500K/MONTH BRAND IS DOING DIFFERENTLY: They're running Stage 3-5 ads that talk to people who DON'T know magnesium exists yet. Let me show you the exact difference. YOUR STAGE 1 AD (TALKING TO 5,000 PEOPLE): "20% off our magnesium sleep supplement - subscribe and save today" THEIR STAGE 3 AD (TALKING TO 50,000 PEOPLE): "How to fall asleep in 15 minutes without melatonin" Then the ad explains: "Melatonin stops working after 2 weeks because your body builds tolerance. Magnesium works differently - it calms your nervous system naturally so you can fall asleep without pills. No tolerance. No dependency. Just deep sleep." See the difference? You're saying "buy magnesium." They're saying "here's how to fix your sleep problem." Then they introduce magnesium as the solution. They just opened up everyone who's struggling with sleep but has never heard of magnesium. That's 10x more people than you're reaching. BUT IT GETS BIGGER. YOUR STAGE 2 AD (STILL TALKING TO 5,000 PEOPLE): "Customer testimonial: This magnesium changed my life - I sleep 8 hours now" THEIR STAGE 4 AD (TALKING TO 500,000 PEOPLE): "Why you're exhausted even after sleeping 8 hours" Then the ad explains: "You're getting 8 hours but still waking up tired. That's because stress and cortisol are keeping you in light sleep all night. You're never hitting deep sleep cycles. Magnesium lowers cortisol naturally so your body can actually recover while you sleep." Now they're talking to everyone who's tired during the day. Not just people looking for sleep supplements. Everyone who's exhausted. That's 100x more people than you're reaching. AND THEN THERE'S STAGE 5. YOUR ADS DON'T EVEN HAVE THIS. THEIR STAGE 5 AD (TALKING TO 5,000,000 PEOPLE): "The weird symptom of magnesium deficiency 70% of people ignore" Then the ad goes: "Restless legs at night. Muscle twitches before bed. Waking up with a tight jaw. These aren't random. Your body is screaming that it's magnesium deficient. And when you're deficient, your nervous system physically cannot shut off at night. That's why you lie awake for hours even when you're exhausted." Now they're talking to people who don't even know they have a sleep problem. They just have symptoms they've been ignoring. Millions of people have restless legs and don't connect it to sleep quality. Same product. Same magnesium supplement. But they just opened up 1,000x more people. "BUT NICK, WHY DOESN'T EVERYONE JUST DO THIS?" Because Stage 3-5 ads are HARD to write. Stage 1-2 ads take me an hour. "20% off" and pull some customer reviews. Done. Stage 3-5 ads took me a full month for a supplement client. You have to actually research how the product works. You have to understand the mechanism deeply. You have to figure out what problems people have that they don't even connect to your product yet. You have to write long scripts that educate people, not just sell to them. Most people look at that and think "ahh crap, I'll just run more offer ads." And that's why they stay stuck at $50K/month. HERE'S WHAT I'D DO IF I WAS YOU: Right now you're at $50K/month with Stage 1-2 ads. Don't turn those off. They're working. But spend the next month building Stage 3-5 ads. Research how magnesium actually works. Why does it help sleep? What's the mechanism? Find the problems people have that they don't connect to magnesium yet. Tired during the day. Restless legs. Anxiety at night. Write ads that call out those problems FIRST. Then explain how magnesium solves it. Once those Stage 3-5 ads go live, you're not competing for the same 5,000 people anymore. You're now talking to 5 million people who don't even know your product exists. That's how you go from $50K to $500K. THE PATTERN I SEE EVERY TIME: Brands stuck at $50-100K/month = Only running Stage 1-2 ads Brands doing $500K+/month = Running all 5 stages It's not that they have a better product. It's not that they have more budget. They just built ads for people who aren't actively looking for their product yet. That's it. Stop trying to scale by showing the same Stage 1 offer ad to more people. Build Stage 3-5 ads that open up new markets. You're not stuck because Facebook doesn't work anymore. You're stuck because you're only talking to 5,000 people when there's 5 million people who need your product.

🚨 @Meta @finkd JUST PERMANENTLY BANNED MY ACCOUNT. 16+ years on Facebook. Over $1,500,000 spent in ads across my account. And what do I get back? An automated email. "Your review was unsuccessful." Why? Because I connected Claude + MCP to my system to get more out of Meta's platform. TO SPEND MORE TO THEM! That's it. That's the whole reason. No explanation. No human on the line. Just some underpaid kid behind a laptop making copy-paste decisions about accounts spending thousands of dollars per day. Meta has completely lost sight of who their customers are. And they simply don't care. It's time for a new platform to rise. The Meta monopoly needs to end. We deserve better. #CancelMeta #FacebookBan #MetaMonopoly #DigitalRights #AntiMeta #BigTechAbuse #MetaFail #ClaudeAI #AIRights #BreakUpMeta

$94k in sales came from an ad that looks like a pixar character, not a weight loss brand no before and after photos, no transformation reels, no influencer testimonials just a sad little 3d animated girl looking down at herself in two seconds you feel the emotion the closed eyes, the slouched energy, the weight of just existing in a body you don't feel good in no voiceover needed people stop because it's disarming, they stay because it feels real, they buy because the solution feels like relief this is why ai animated creatives are quietly destroying generic health ads right now the visual does all the emotional heavy lifting before a single word is read rt + comment "animated" and i'll send you the full breakdown (follow for dm)

$480k generated with one simple creative shift most pet ads try to explain why a product works this ad surfaced the emotional weak point instantly fear → responsibility waiting → consequences doing nothing → regret no selling language, no hard CTA weak-point ads shortcut persuasion because they trigger action, not consideration i broke down the exact framework i use to build these ads rt + comment “weak” and i’ll send it (follow for dm)
