@MorosKostas That's optimistic of you to think 7th Circuit is going to return any kind of ruling by June. Short story, this is going to be another pile of Snope.

My serious prediction though is more relists. I think they'll relist til June to await a 3rd Circuit or 7th Circuit possible split. If neither of those courts create a split in time, probably another mass denial in June (I hope they'd hold Duncan over the summer as we asked, but I doubt they will). But I dont actually know anything so who knows. The only thing I do know for sure is we have Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, Alito, and Thomas with us on AWBs. That's enough to grant cert. So if they don't, it means one or more of them think Roberts and Barrett would vote to uphold AWBs.
