Russian soldiers tied their own comrade to a vehicle and dragged him in circles on the ground. Reportedly, because he left his position without permission. This is their barbaric way of punishing one of their own. If this is how they treat their own people, it’s terrifying to imagine what they do to others.

Peace is impossible without Ukraine recognizing Russia's "current territorial borders," Sergey Naryshkin, director of the Russian foreign intelligence service, said.
