Today, we celebrate every woman - the girl you were, the woman you are, and the one you are becoming. Your strength, resilience, and love make the world brighter.

THINGS YOU MUST KNOW BEFORE GIVING YOURSELF A TITLE. Before you say โI AM THISโ or โI AM THAT,โ take a moment to truly understand YOURSELF. Early last year, I met some amazing people on this space, and today Iโll mention a few of them. Just two weeks ago, I also met another incredible woman. I didnโt just meet these people for the sake of connecting. Meeting each of them in this space has truly been a blessing. One thing I always wished for was a mentor, someone who could guide me, correct me when Iโm wrong, and help me grow. Someone who could serve as an accountability partner. And guess what? These people gradually became part of that journey for me. When you surround yourself with ambitious people, they become the push and fire that fuels your growth. Even when you feel tired or uncertain, they keep challenging you to do better until you get it right. Another important thing I learned is the need to define your niche before giving yourself a title. This can be very draining, especially in a fast-moving space like Web3. But one thing became clear to me: Opportunities find people who have already defined their goals and direction, whether in Tech or Web3. Everyone needs to answer these questions clearly: โข Who am I? โข What do I do? โข Who do I do it for? โข What results do I help them achieve? โข What do I want to be known for? If you can explain these clearly in one structured paragraph, you are already ahead of many people. As a beginner, be open to learn, unlearn, adapt and know when to restrategies and start positioning.
