Now why was this so bloody difficult? If I had sought out help from 111, neck pain and headache would ring alarm bells (we're in kent) and we'd likely have been sent to our local and overstretched a&e.

The NHS system here is a joke. Wonderful doctors and nurses, and great in a crisis. They've been a god send to me many times in the last year when ive been to a&e with my heart.

GP services? No.
