@penuelist_ @VITO_G_Wagon @Julius_S_Malema If he's done something wrong why not take him to the cops. You can't support vigilantes when it's convenient, they may not draw the same lines that you'd draw. They're criminals, today they're beating up a thief/foreigner/ , tomorrow they're extorting businesses or worse.

@VITO_G_Wagon @Julius_S_Malema Do you know why he was being beaten up? Where in Limpopo is he from? We need full details, so we can judge accordingly. I won't defend a criminal or a person who was assaulting others... but I'm happy to defend him if he was an innocent bystander. Will listen on the radio.

Apparently this man here is Originally from Limpopo. We said after “Foreign Nationals”,… They are coming for those who can’t speak Zulu, Xhosa, Setswana, and Sotho.

@KuraChihota Labour is cheap so labour intensive building technologies like brick and mortar turn out to be cheaper . I'm not sure if that expanded polystyrene is load bearing, if its not then a framework will need to be installed prior, if that framwork is steel, that could push costs up.

#MoneyMustMove Why are councils holding building tech behind? Everything is moving, phones, electric cars, AI....but Council prescribes burnt pieces of sand as the standard. No man, we can do better...faster, quicker. Lets learn from others and do better

The Zimbabwe Republic Police confirms a fatal road traffic accident that occurred at Eleven Months, just after the Msasa Roundabout along the Harare–Mutare Road. The accident involved a head-on collision between a Discovery vehicle and a Kombi. The Discovery was traveling towards Mutare in the oncoming lane, while the kombi was heading towards the city centre from Mabvuku. Following the collision, a Haulage Truck rammed into the Kombi from behind, veered to the right and subsequently collided with a Toyota Hilux. Further details will be released in due course

#KingsMemoirs Sunningdale Harare 1978. Christmas Day. This is one of those photos I shouldn’t really be posting 😂😂 but I have to share it for Ama2K (those born after 2000, Gen Z) who’ve got no idea what it meant to have a landline back in the 70s. A rotary dial phone was status! Christmas Day ‘78 I posed by the phone in my brand new 3-piece suit Mama Rose had bought me from Sales House in Salisbury (now Harare). To say I didn’t sleep on Christmas Eve is an understatement. I couldn’t wait to tog up and strut through the streets of Sunningdale , “Kong” ,or “Vietnam” as we called it ,hoping to catch the eye of one of the beauties.😍 That suit was something else. Came with a reversible waistcoat and two pairs of trousers in different colours. Flip the waistcoat and it matched the second pair of trousers. Mine came with a light grey set ,I thought I was James Bond 😂😂😂. But in Kong, pulling a beauty wasn’t easy. Every street had stunners, but the ones with straight, flowing hair were the toughest. For us chaps with hard mufushwa “kroos” hair, it was a mission. To make matters worse, their parents had them brainwashed that dating a kroos-haired chap would take their genes “backwards” if a baby ever came along 😂😂😂. Back to this forto. There were no cellphones. If you called your chick and set a meeting spot ,QV Pharmacy corner Angwa/Union or Wimpy First Street ,you had to be punctual. Once you left the house, that was it, you were incommunicado. And using that landline was another story. Rules everywhere. No calls during the school week. No more than 5 minutes on the phone. Mama Rose even locked the dial when she went to work at Greatermans. But in the hood it was an open secret ,a hair clip could unlock it. We’d make our calls, lock it back up and act innocent. Until the PTC bill came through and the interrogations began. Siblings selling each other out 😂😂😂. Consequences for “hacking” the phone were no joke 😂😂😂. I still remember the number ,56846 😎. Back then every number was listed in the telephone directory, with addresses too. Imagine that today! And that little telephone table I posed by,yeah, you guessed it, Mama Rose still has it, still uses it, and refuses to let it go 😂😂😂. Those were days of the milkman from @DairibordLtd and bread man from Lobels or Aroma dropping deliveries at the gate. You’d leave tokens and empty bottles at night, and in the morning your milk and bread were waiting. Even the daily newspaper was left at the gate. In fact,we didn’t even have a gate in Kong . No tsosti, no theft. Try explaining that to an Ama2K ,same reaction I get when I tell them there used to be a reliable bus service with timetables, or piped council water,or street lights in the ghetto 24/7/365 😂😂😂. To them, boreholes in the suburbs are normal, mushikashika is the standard 😂😂😂. Ama2K “kill” me. I love them though. How many of you can relate to this era? #WhereMyJourneyBegan #KongDiaries

One more time for the vigilante fast lane hoggers. Legally, it’s keep left, pass right. You have no right to keep right, making those stuck behind you pass on the left, no matter what speed you or they are doing. Regulation 323(5) of the National Road Traffic Act states that drivers should move over to the left lane 1) when a faster vehicle approaches and 2) if it is safe to do so. It reads: "(5) Where the driver of a motor vehicle which is being driven in the right hand traffic lane or in the traffic lane furthest to the right on a freeway (hereinafter referred to as the first vehicle) becomes aware that the driver of another motor vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the second vehicle) intends to overtake the first vehicle, the driver of the first vehicle shall steer that vehicle to a lane to the left of the one in which he or she is driving, without endangering himself or herself or other traffic or property on the freeway, and shall not accelerate the speed of his or her vehicle until the second vehicle has passed. "(6) For the purposes of subregulation (5) the driver of the second vehicle may make the driver of the first vehicle aware that he or she intends to overtake the first vehicle by giving the driver thereof a visible signal by means of flashing the headlights of his or her vehicle." Whatever your opinion, this is the legal position. But it’s not necessary to flash your lights at the fast lane driver in front of you if they clearly can’t safely get over to the left at the time.

@Pk_hvs Quite impressive, I think there needs to be a lot more activities on offer in locations easily accessible to each other so that the trip is worthwhile. It seems Chimanimani is being left behind despite it's beautiful landscapes.

10/ These are just a few but there is more. What is key to note is the quality of the developments. Eastern Highlands is begin to see these quality tourism properties being developed and this is only in the past few years. We are beginning to see a new pathway on the tourism of the Eastern Highlands and soon the Eastern Highlands will be a leading destination for luxury properties on holiday homes, self catering lodges, lodges and hotels.

Dinner is served! . . . Ayam Cemani is an uncommon and relatively modern breed of chicken from Indonesia. They have a dominant gene that causes hyperpigmentation (fibromelanosis), making the chicken mostly black, including feathers, beak, and internal organs. They are one of the most expensive breed(copied).
