@howie_hua I distribute. Like the area model someone else showed, but I think of it more horizontally. I don’t mentally break it apart (I see a 1 in the 10s spot and count it as 10), but showing it like this better explains my steps. 16 X 15 = (10 + 6)(10+ 5) = 100 + 50 + 60 + 30 = 240

It's mental math Monday. How would you mentally calculate 16×15?

@GoogleForEdu You must be one of the lucky few! The Google support agent I spoke to was also experiencing this... and so was his supervisor. They have escalated the issue 🤞 And thanks for the directions for how to reach out to the support team. That was my first time doing that!

@EsteeEducates I was able to check, and it is not giving issues on my end. In that case that your domain in specific is getting issues with Forms, I recommend you to reach our support team at goo.gle/workspacehelp for them to further investigate. -SF

Hey @GoogleForEdu and friends... In our district, all users seem to get "something went wrong" error when trying to upload a photo to Google Forms. It will work if the same photo is added to Google Drive first.

@GoogleForEdu It wasn't just our domain and it's not just us. It happened on my personal google account. It's happening to other users: support.google.com/docs/thread/18… But, yes, I can reach out to the support team. Thanks.

@GoogleForEdu Yes, thanks, we did try clearing cache and cookies. This happened in Incognito and on my phone... no extensions there. We're not the only ones: support.google.com/docs/thread/18… Can you go on your Google account and try it?

@EsteeEducates Hi Estee, thank you for reaching us. What you can try is to clear cache and cookies, or disable extensions that can be affecting the form. -SF

Sometimes we get the attached error instead, but usually it's the "something went wrong" in a little black box at the bottom of the screen.

We tried on school computer on network, but also personal phone not on network. Same error. It can't just be us. Anyone else? Can you upload photos from your computer or phone to a Google Form? Doesn't matter if it is in the question, response or image under +.
