$ONDS It is happening again.
In November, Ondas fell from $11.70 to under $5.
The chart guys were boldly telling you to wait for $2.
Then, the boat left without you as it soared to $15+ in less than 3 months.
Now, we’re doing it again.
Ondas quickly fell from $15.28 to under $8.
The same crowd is back:
“Load the boat when it hits $5. Ondas is
not a buy yet”
Endless contracts, acquisitions, new revenue, stacked balance sheet, policy tailwinds, geopolitical demand….
The reality is that the company that existed in November doesn’t exist anymore.
It’s a completely different animal.
50% off an ordinary business is a maybe.
50% off a transforming one is something else.
I’ve watched both dips unfold in real time.
Both times, greed dressed itself up as patience.
People convinced themselves discipline meant waiting for a number that never came, and missed the entire move in the process.
This exact thing is happening again,
right now.
This is not financial advice!

A lot of people hate seeing $ONDS make acquisitions using shares instead of all cash.
I mean they raised $1.5 billion just recently for this very purpose, right?
Wrong.
The $1.5B wasn’t raised exclusively for acquisitions.
While these deals are partially funded with cash, many of the owners selling to $ONDS want shares so they can continue benefitting from the future success they feel is likely through Ondas’ stewardship.
They want skin in the game.
And that’s a GOOD thing for investors too.
Nearly all of these deals have additional shares paid out to leadership if they hit certain performance milestones in the months and years to come.
This ensures that the success that got these companies to where they are today, doesn’t just completely disappear or reverse course now that $ONDS owns them.
It guarantees continued progress during the integration period.
This reduces the chances that these acquisitions will fail as ownership shifts from one party to another.
So what’s the $1.5B pile of cash for???
It’s for SCALING these companies once $ONDS owns them.
This has always been the vision.
@CeoOndas has said in interviews as recently as last week that the company’s goal is to scale PROVEN technologies & businesses, and NOT waste their financial resources on expensive and uncertain R&D cycles that take can years to run their course.
Simply said, they buy what already works and scale it.
Deploying the $1.5B on scaling is much less risky than deploying it on R&D.
Ensuring previous owners are incentivized to continue executing during the earn-out period is insurance.
Another 1 or 2 percentage points of dilution in the coming years is nothing if it protects against downside and guarantees the highest likelihood of success.
Integrating these businesses with one another will produce synergies that make them even more valuable combined than when separate.
Scaling them to reach global markets will yield returns they’d never be able to achieve without Ondas’ assistance.
This has always been the thesis.
It’s all coming together now.

$ONDS huge close today - reclaimed both the 1/12 AVWAP and 50MA on news of yet another acquisition.
We’ve only closed above the 1/12 AVWAP once before and that was with a falling MACD. This time, MACD is turning up.
Now sitting at the base of a volume gap up toward $12.30.
FOMC tomorrow so anything can happen, but this setup into earnings next week is starting to look really strong.

English

@stockseer 5.5M shares issued (4–6%) for acquisition
Additional earnout up to $140M (stock, performance-based)
2.4M shares registered for resale (NOT new dilution)
Sellers capped at 10% of daily volume

@MikePLTR @Printer_Copier I’ve been collecting tons of premium selling options. At this rate I hope $ONDS keeps consolidating. I’ll take my steady paycheck every 2 weeks before the big breakout.

$ONDS Institutional ownership isn’t always a good thing.
This was my reply to someone in the comments asking the question:
“What do they get out of holding it down?”
My answer:
IV on onds options are extremely high, triple what u can get on a Mag 7 stock.
So selling covered calls in a choppy range just prints money.
They will sell shares short on low liquidity hours to keep price down. Making money on the short sale and on the CC.
Meanwhile still holding the long shares (that they are more than likely up several hundred percent on)
They can change theyre net exposure as well anytime by simply adding or closing to a short position.
Meaning they can be net short ONDS say at $14 even though they are holding shares, then cover those shorts at a lower price. All the while they do not have discolse any short selling or covered calls selling to the public. All we see is they own onds shares so everyone thinks “ah this is bullish” when in reality that may not be the case.

$ONDS until we crack the Jan 12th AVWAP we are range bound until there is a major catalyst. The $1B dilution event was finalized on Jan 12th and the AVWAP is where all the supply / resistance exist (currently around $11.33). Until then, selling $12+ covered calls is a money printing machine.

English

@gmb246 Awesome! Always try to sell on IV spikes to get the best prices too.

Hey Jake, what are your thoughts on the Jan 12 AVWAP (currently around $11.30) which is when the $1B dilution deal was finalized. It should be where there is massive supply / resistance and makes sense why institutions are wanting to keep the price under it. Since every piece of positive news has been sold off the same day it seems like we really need a major deal to break through in the near term.

Ondas subsidiary @AiroboticsUAV just received a $20M initial order — the first phase of a program expected to exceed $100M.

RT @wliang: $AVAV dropped ~25% from its highs today after Raymond James downgraded it. Inevitably, $ONDS (along with other defense stocks)…
