Championship Non-Penalty Goals: -Ali Ahmed has started well and is in the 90th percentile for NP Goals. Ben Slimane does too, his late start is bearing fruit. -Jorgensen enters in the 90th percentile of both metrics. -Coburn also moves into the 90th percentile of both.



Seeing reports that Bayern München are only prioritising 'super elite' players in the transfer market and will fill the rest of their squad with home-grown academy graduates. That should be the squad-building blueprint for every elite club with high-performing academies.

@ExpectedBham Agree with you. Plus evidence says managers has less influence on results than people think. Answering the questions you are asking would be more effective to look at the issue rather than jumping to the conclusion of ‘it’s the managers fault’
