CHILD ENDANGERMENT: I’m not sure why local police & DCFS in the city and suburbs are allowing illegal migrants to panhandle & beg for money in busy intersections using minor children as props in violation Illinois state law 720-150. It’s also 89 degrees today, having kid in sun & heat is bad. It’s child endangerment Sone estimate this is going on at over 2500 locations like intersections & in front of groceries stores every day.

@observinga11 @publicpolicyman I’m so tired of it. They always have an infant with a few other toddlers. Who do these kids really belong to? Why are infants out on the streets in these temps like this? @ChicagosMayor sees nothing wrong with this. It’s sick.

@publicpolicyman They’re everywhere and have been for the past 2 years. They sell flowers, candy, Gatorade and whatever else. The kid is almost aways on the back but sometimes stands on the median. Police don’t respond to calls for this activity
