@thedanburrow Hi Dan, we've checked your ticket and confirm that it's still active. It is currently escalated to Tier 3 and marked as urgent. We have been receiving a larger number of tickets lately, and due to this, response times are taking longer than usual. Apologies for the delay.

On 3 March 2026 the Fastmail macOS application stalled while upgrading my account. I was billed and yet cannot access Fastmail using that account’s credentials. I have a languishing ticket. See: 1698848. My ticket, submitted to @Fastmail via both through email and online, seems stalled.

@Fastmail There is also a bug on this update that caused the email client to create 25 copies of one email draft that I was working on.

@Fastmail This update was unexpected and jarring. The list view now disappears when replying or working on a draft. Also not a fan of the design "flattening". The pushing of UI updates without notice or optional inclusion keeps happening often and is frustrating.

@Fastmail If I try and inline reply to a thread with 60 emails to the 32nd email, the "inline" reply is right down the bottom of the thread after the 60th email. can we have it after the email I'm replying to instead?

@LoneRanger_dad Hi! As long as you haven't moved the imported emails from their original location or renamed labels/folders, the migration tool can detect duplicates and skip them. Paid accounts can also import mail into a separate folder so they don't mix with the rest of your mailbox.

Hey @Fastmail 👋 Signed up last week and migrated from Google, loving it so far! Quick question: if I run "Import from Google" again for peace of mind, will it create duplicates or does it reconcile and skip what's already there?
