If your coach has to coach effort, you’re not a player you’re a problem! If you watch me play you’ll notice that not only do I give full effort during the play, I’m running back to huddle, I run instead of walk onto and off the field, I look for equipment to help with after games and practices, and you will only see max effort from me at all times. You can’t control if you are the best on the field at all times but you can control if you are giving the most effort everyday during the game, during the season, and during the offseason.

There are no days off! There are days you choose to get better and days you choose the easy way out and you miss that opportunity for growth. I choose the grind daily. I choose the sweat and sore muscles.
