@jem7069 @DannyShawNews Yes, when the workforce numbers are slashed so quickly, then itโ€™s really obvious that replacements will be much younger in service, and officers will have to carry out roles previously done by civilian staff who are not replaced, keeping them off the frontline. All predictable.
