@flagstar how about you hire more people instead of one teller. How about your ATM gets refilled instead of every time you go it's empty. How about doing better!! How about your staff stop what they're doing a customer and then go into behind the safe. Ridiculous!

@flagstar You issued a 1098 tied to my SSN with incorrect borrower identification. This is a federally reported tax document and a data integrity concern. I need confirmation whether my information was disclosed to another party and what remediation is being taken. I’ve attempted multiple contact channels and cannot reach a human. If unresolved, I will escalate to the CFPB

@flagstar a 2 day hold is a 2 day hold you are holding my money hostage untill the 23rd. You stated its a 2 day hold reflecting in my account not a 7 day hold. Very unprofessional and the agents make up stories when they don't have a answer.
