@NYCSanitation We have been more than patient with waiting for our street to be plowed it is now February 25. We still don’t have the street plowed the school buses still can’t get up the street to pick up special needs children and every other street in our surrounding area has been plowed.

Good morning, Staten Island! Narrow, hilly streets and tight corners on SI were some of the areas hit hardest by this storm, and high winds have created snow drifts across the island. DSNY has added 49 extra Sanitation personnel above the borough's largest snow plan, as well as even more pieces of hired equipment from outside vendors to get these areas CLEAR AND OPEN. Beginning yesterday morning and continuing through the night, some of the many areas cleared by these specialized plows - both a large type and a small type, depending on the street - include: Winter from Jersey to Westervelt Cebra from Castleton to Victory Cedar Grove "pocket" Meisner Ave Morse and Foster between Peru and Bogert Windom from Cedar to Robin There is a great deal more to do. Right now this morning, equipment is all over Staten Island, including active clearing operations at: Scribner from Westervelt to Jersey Benzinger from Jersey to Westervelt Bradley and Holden Village Greens Don't see your street? Know that it's on our list - New York's Strongest are working on Staten Island and around the City all day today and all night tonight to continue to clear snow, widen lanes of travel, and address pedestrian infrastructure. Property owners: do your part by shoveling the required four-foot path on your sidewalk. If you want to get paid to assist in DSNY's efforts, learn about becoming an Emergency Snow Shoveler at nyc.gov/snow.

Still no plows in sight. The ploughing site is inaccurate. Please send a supervisor to check the secondary and tertiary streets off of Richmond Terrace in Staten Island. We are stuck in our homes and children can’t make it to school. Mail cannot be delivered.@nyc311 @NYCMayor

@NYCMayor @NYCSanitation @USPS @Charlesdfall @VitoFossellaSI Elizabeth Avenue and Howard Court have not been plowed. Even the USPS cannot get through. Access a-ride and school buses can not get through either. Please help us.

@flagstar Is there someone in your Staten Island territory who can help a PTA change signatories on an account? You closed our local branch, and the process have been exhausting.

@NYCSanitation I would like to say thank you to the men on truck 25DP991 who picked up on Elizabeth Ave on SI, this morning One of the neighbors didn’t secure the recycling and the plastics went every where. The driver stopped and picked up ever can and bottle. Great job!!!

@Walmart What is your price match policy? Is each store allowed to make there own. If so and your Bayonne NJ store does not follow it, it should be clearly posted.
