I’ve been reviewing a lot of builder projects this week and seeing the same legal risks come up again and again. If you’re building something and want a quick sanity check, feel free to DM me. Happy to take a look.

@TeeDevh With AI in the mix, this is going to be a lot of people's path whether they planned it or not. The job market is getting harder to crack while the tools to build are getting better every week ...

For me, building a SaaS to $5k/month feels more achievable than getting a $5k/month full-time dev job. Maybe it’s just my path 😐

Most founders think an NDA is just a formality. It’s not. A vague NDA doesn’t actually protect much. If “confidential information” isn’t clearly defined, enforcement gets weak fast. And if obligations and use aren’t spelled out, you’re relying on interpretation. Make sure your NDA defines what’s protected and how it can be used. Otherwise it looks official, but doesn’t do much.

@sweatystartup Probably not 20x, but the current pricing is definitely not the floor. Every major AI company is burning cash to own the habit before they own the margin ...

People can’t handle the truth. It isn’t sustainable. Switching costs are virtually nothing. The bubble will pop when the VC subsidies stop.

What you don't need to build great systems: - A degree in engineering - Expensive software - A team of 50 What you really need: - A repeatable process - A way to track progress - The discipline to follow it No more excuses.

@s_chiriac Indie hackers will star your repo, write a glowing review, and never open their wallet. Businesses will never tweet about you and pay you every month without asking questions. 😉

@dukebiz That’s the part most founders underestimate. It works great early, but the moment your product depends on it, you’ve handed over control ...

Apple is paying Google $1 billion a year to fix Siri. Let that number sink in. A trillion dollar company with 160,000 employees is outsourcing its AI assistant to a competitor! This is the clearest signal yet.. AI is not a feature you bolt on. It's a core competency you either build or buy. That's why I'm building Speakio's AI in house. Not because it's easier. Because if the intelligence is the product, you can't rent it from someone else. Every startup founder building on top of third-party AI APIs should be thinking about this.
