And what do many of the happiest people in the world eat on Thursdays? It's a simple pea soup with smoked pork belly. It takes time to make because I use dried peas, soak them overnight, and simmer the soup for a long time with smoked pork, onions, carrots, peppers, and allspice.

@Rainmaker1973 @HalcombeL , interesting. Note, grey streaks on porcelain, left by metal scraping against it, can be removed using good old Brasso. Worked on the toilet bowl, where the cleaning brush left a mark; empty bowl, soft towel + Brasso. Would not recommend Brasso for cookware marks.
