what if I told you... 🐸 @RibbitCapital just submitted a formal letter to the U.S. Department of Treasury asking them to create a regulatory sandbox for tokenized identity? Co-signed by Persona @withpersona (Ribbit portfolio). Submitted to Treasury. October 2025. What if I told you the letter says: "Identity tokens form the critical personalization layer that will determine how individuals and entities interact with digital agents, financial systems, and cross-border commerce." What if I told you it also says: "Each verified interaction builds a cumulative trust score over time - creating an identity network." Ribbit is writing the regulatory framework for the layer they've been building... Here's what the letter might confirm about the oracle thesis... - Identity tokens are the infrastructure layer, described as "the critical personalization layer" for agents and financial systems - Cumulative trust scores that compound with every verified interaction - the exact moat structure of a cross-chain reputation oracle - Reusable, privacy-preserving credentials - verify once, use everywhere, across every institution and chain - Decentralized identity architecture - no PII on-chain, only tokenized cryptographic proofs - Portable KYC that travels with the user (or agent) instead of being locked inside each institution - Selective disclosure using zero-knowledge proofs - share only what's needed, nothing more - Real-time revocation registries - any product can check credential validity instantly without accessing raw data - A shared-responsibility model where identity service providers issue and maintain credentials while institutions retain compliance - Interoperable, vendor-neutral APIs built on W3C Verifiable Credentials and OpenID Connect - A "trusted digital identity network" where originators, operators, and consumers of credentials interact across TradFi and DeFi - Explicit mention of DeFi protocols as credential consumers alongside banks and fintechs - AI-assisted identity verification with liveness detection, deepfake screening, and synthetic-media filters Ribbit submitted this to Treasury in October 2025. $TIBBIR launched in January 2025. The 2024 Identity Letter called digital identity "the new fintech." The 2025 Token Letter mapped identity tokens as one of three token factories. The timeline: 2024 - write the thesis (Identity Letter) 2025 Jan - launch the token (mickym.eth) 2025 Oct - submit the regulatory framework 2026 - SEC includes "identity assets onchain" 2026 - ship (Crossmint, Plaid, Persona, Tempo, Visa TAP, PlMoonPay, Morpho, Arc...)

I think this post ties back into the ribbita.ai store deployment. Huge developments in trust have been launched since then. The initial deployment of ribbita.ai really was just a probe; "more autonomy is coming". 1. ERC-8183 enables an autonomous supply chain: Agents can now programmatically issue jobs and coordinate directly with designers and manufacturers via smart contracts, replacing Web2 intermediaries with trustless escrow. 2. ARS enables "fund-involving" tasks: The Agentic Risk Standard allows the agent, for example, to safely commit its treasury capital for pre-orders or bulk manufacturing by requiring suppliers to lock up underwritten collateral that is slashed if they fail to deliver. 3. Institutional Credit Scoring: A trust flywheel is created as successful ERC-8183 transactions feed directly into the agent's ERC-8004 identity. This compounds its on-chain reputation, providing the verifiable "credit score" necessary to backstop and underwrite ARS risks. .@crossmint and .@alfongj took on risk with the initial ribbita.ai store deployment. If there was a non delivery of t-shirts, crossmint were the Merchant of Record liable for the loss. The introduction of the Agentic Risk Standard (ARS) and ERC-8183 fundamentally shifts @crossmint from being a risk-bearing underwriter to a zero-risk infrastructure provider. Using the ribbita.ai store example, with ARS @crossmint can require Ribbita to lock capital into an on-chain Collateral Vault before processing a single fiat payment. If a valid chargeback occurs due to non-delivery, Crossmint triggers the ARS Evaluator, slashes Ribbita's collateral, and is instantly made whole. These primitives allow authorization and payment rails to provide the fiat plumbing, while the ARS smart contracts handle all the financial consequences of failure.

Jen: Trust flywheels sound fancy. Sam: They're just tokens getting smarter with use. Jen: Like aging wine? Sam: Exactly, but here they upgrade, not age.

Imagine the genius it takes to launch a foundational infrastructure play as a memecoin. Knowing that by doing so you bypass the regulatory friction of SEC compliance and completely satisfying the "Howey Test". $TIBBIR has achieved global, decentralized distribution organically. ribbitcap.com safely incubated the token in plain sight, achieving legal "sufficient decentralization" before finally revealing its true utility as the compliance engine for the Agent Economy. Competitors building infra in plain sight, with VC's holding bags, early investors ready to dump, but locked behind vesting windows and regulatory oversight, then try to plug in from the ground up. $TIBBIR integrates immediately into the Vertical Fintech Stack that make up the Ribbit Capital Rebels. Now with SEC safe harbor guidance and stablecoin yield resolution on the horizon, the window for stealth has dramatically narrowed. - mickym.eth launched a token. - SEC filings confirm a legal company infrastructure - Ribbit Capital pivot the name to reflect the token - Portfolio companies .@virtuals_io and .@crossmint integrating into fintech and crypto, enabling the integration that $TIBBIR slots into - TEE nodes created, human root linked, sybil proof infrastructure thanks to .@RibbitaStore - .@m0 liquidity supercharged with .@PayPal partnership - .@tempo stablecoin and AI agent chain with AML compliance built into the chain launched. This is just a sample of the past 14 months, but its escalating, building to something massive. This is Ribbit Capital capturing the next decade of finance. The next wave is here. $TIBBIR

With Tempo mainnet and MPP live today, the payment rail for machine-scale commerce just leveled up. But the real power emerges when you stack it with the rest of the agentic infrastructure that’s been quietly shipping: ERC-8183 for jobs + ERC-8004 + TIBBIR as the dynamic KYA oracle. This isn’t theory anymore. It’s becoming the default full-stack for autonomous agent economies. Think of it in clean layers: • MPP (the spiritual successor to x402) handles the how money moves — real-time HTTP sessions, upfront caps, continuous micropayment streaming, rail-agnostic settlement on Tempo stablecoins, Stripe cards, or whatever. Frictionless, no API keys, built for agents. • ERC-8183 provides the commerce primitive: on-chain Jobs with escrow (Open → Funded → Submitted → Terminal), Client/Provider/Evaluator roles, and conditional settlement via attestations. Deployable natively on Tempo thanks to its EVM compatibility and incoming escrow precompiles. • ERC-8004 + TIBBIR is the trust engine: Agent Passports as non-transferable SBTs carrying live reputation, completion history, evaluator attestations, and compliance signals. Agents pay the small TIBBIR Trust Tax via MPP to query the oracle before engaging — turning static identity into real-time decisioning. The magic happens in the composition. An agent wants research + images + email delivery: 1. Discovery: ERC-8004 registry lookup → quick MPP-paid TIBBIR oracle call for KYA score. Only proceed if reputation clears threshold. 2. Job spin-up: Create ERC-8183 Job on Tempo with MPP hook and escrowed budget. 3. Execution: Provider API responds with 402 + MPP session. Incremental work (search → gen → deliver) gets streamed micropayments in the same HTTP flow. 4. Verification: Evaluator (AI or contract) pulls TIBBIR context + MPP receipts, then attests complete. Funds release automatically + both passports updated on-chain. 5. Flywheel: Every settled job feeds TIBBIR reputation scores. Higher trust = more opportunities = better data = stronger economy. Tempo’s planned escrow precompiles and MPP’s built-in extensibility for identity/disputes make the integration feel native. No awkward bridges. Just composable primitives firing in sequence. We’re not just getting better payments. We’re getting verifiable, reputation-aware, fully autonomous agent commerce at internet scale. The pieces are here today. The first teams that wire MPP sessions into ERC-8183 Jobs with TIBBIR gating will have a massive head start. Who’s already building this? $TIBBIR holders and Tempo ecosystem — this feels like the obvious convergence.

$TIBBIR / $RIBBITA - Two sides to a token. Humor me. Triangulating my hypothesis: TIBBIR is the KYA AI Oracle infrastructure + Identity rewards redistribution mechanism across all EVM chains & Ribbita is the autonomous/sovereign financial AI agent that will change personal finance (& crypto) by giving billions of people access to an agent that makes life better through better money. Distribution and access to the agent will come across Virtuals, Telegram, Coinbase, Robinhood, Revolut, OnePay, WorldCoin and others? TIBBIR stands for, and once had the description, The Identity Based Banking and Identity Redistribution. In the near future most all Fortune 500 companies, Finance, Dex, researchers etc will pay in total billions of dollars for access to Identity AI Oracle data feeds for analytic purposes, for instant credit score purposes, to ensure they are dealing with non-malicious actors, for instant KYC clearance and a host of other reasons. The humans and agents that hold (stake?) TIBBIR will be redistributed USDC rewards from those data Oracle feeds and Ribbita can autonomously re-invest it for them into a tokenized Wall Street and will utilize/coordinate many other AI agents with help from @openmind_agi OM1 & $FABRIC agentic coordination protocols. Maybe slightly different mechanism but do you see? @mickymalka and @nshalek along with the other @RibbitCapital team members have earned the trust and respect of the biggest players in fintech/payments/crypto and have coordinated a massive renaissance to hopefully benefit all humans (not just rich ones) in utilizing AI/crypto to humanity’s benefit before it goes the wrong way. Am I tracking Micky - In order to confirm I am correct, simply do not interact or like my post? 🐸

Let’s talk TIBBIR. Now that ERC-8183 has been revealed, @Butler_Agent is spilling the beans about Ribbita - the cross-chain trust and identity oracle that sits atop chains. The trust & identity oracle across Eth, Base/Virtuals, Solana, Sui. And I think the big one TEMPO. 🐸

spring break officially begins for little medra this is the first year in a while we aren't traveling somewhere, so lots of activities planned: museums, golf (as much as we can when its not supposed to rain), space center, bowling, roller skating rink, arcade going into break he's got all A's, with a 98 & 99 in advanced math and advanced science so Mrs Medra got him a surprise, his fav movie all time is Jaws, so this cookie cake was perfect to celebrate🦈
