🌿La purge à l’huile de ricin 🌺 La première fois que je l’ai faite, j’ai perdu 7 lbs, beaucoup d’accumulation. 😅💩 Ça a réglé beaucoup de choses pour moi, dont une intolérance alimentaire que j’avais depuis 20 ans. (Après 5 purges, j’ai osé vérifier si les purges m’avaient soigné.) Ça a nettoyé tout mon tube digestif. Aujourd’hui, j’absorbe mieux les nutriments. J’ai moins besoin de manger de grosses quantités de nourriture pour avoir de l’énergie. Mes ongles sont devenus plus durs et mes cheveux plus épais. Ça décoiffe ! J’aime mieux avertir, ça prend une préparation mentale, connaître la procédure, une journée de congé et une toilette réservée. 😉 J’en ai fait 5 de réussies à vie. Vous l’avez déjà essayé ?
