@GeerSteven Hi there, we are sorry to hear your console is not working properly. Have you tried to update the console via internet and USB? Did you try the full installation of the software using option 7?

@NianticHelp Ummmm... my game has been frozen like the attached pics for at least a week. Was in a tower, left the area and now stuck... help!!! Can’t get out or into ANY menus or anything.
