No. I shut you off because everything you said is false and you have no clue what you’re talking about, Captain MAGA. No, the Pope did not rewrite Catholic doctrine to endorse LGBTQ ideology. The Church still rejects homosexual acts and still upholds marriage as between a man and a woman. Pastoral care is not doctrinal surrender. And reducing the papacy to “basically Democrat” is what happens when partisan tribalism replaces Catholic thought. Yes, the Democratic Party is gravely wrong on abortion. But lying about the Pope does not defend the unborn. It only makes you look thirsty and unserious.

If you are Protestant right now, you must submit yourself to Sola Scriptura. But even you don’t really believe your own doctrine. If you did, you would have to accept that you are, in reality, 90.4% Sola Scriptura and must be open to anyone coming along in the future and making additional reductions to your theology and doctrine to fit their agenda. Truth is subjective, and this should concern you.

Being a Christian is offensive to many Muslims. That’s why, in some places, Christians are forced to convert, pay a tax, or face severe consequences. Why some Catholics push a different narrative is beyond my comprehension. Either they are naïve, or, like Tucker Carlson, their hostility toward Jewish people outweighs their devotion to Jesus.

I don’t think any Catholic is denying that Muslims are hostile towards Christians. It is almost like Jesus said, “Hey, before you follow me you should count the cost because it might bring you a lot of persecution and cost you your life at some point”. It’s like he said, “What they do to me, they will do to you too.” The first step to becoming a peacemaker is humility. Step outside of your Western frame of your Christian experience.

Protestants don’t even believe themselves. If they did they would have to be okay with saying they are 90.4% Sola Scriptura and open to future reformers modifying their source of truth even further if it fit their message. It was devout people who searched the scriptures that killed Jesus, and the same people would do it again if He were here today because he wouldn’t conform to their expectations. Humility is the first step of the beatific structure.

This isn’t to say that there aren’t Roman Catholic members who are Christian. I’m sure many are. But the Roman church itself [its doctrine, its leadership] is not Christian. 2. We never see in scripture an example of a faithful Jew going to a pagan graveyard to do the work of God or telling a blind man to climb into a healing pool dedicated to the god Asclepion so he could see. We never see a faithful Jew going to Mars Hill and complementing the devotion of the pagans as an opening line for a sermon to contextualize the Gospel. We never see faithful Jews eat with others who deny Jesus.
