I couldn’t be prouder of our Construction Mental Health Summit and am blown away by the support and feedback it received. What a turnout, what a venue and what an incredible set of conversations ✊ From labour voices to major contractors from the US and UK, leading clients, technology firms, universities, SMEs and the Construction Leadership Council, I am pleased that we were able to bring so many parts of the industry together under the Gherkin’s iconic glass roof for such an honest and frank discussion about this issue. Huge thank you to our amazing summit speakers and partners! I know how hard it can be to struggle with your mental health and wanted to use the power of what I had built with @TheB1M to help tackle construction’s mental health crisis — the biggest challenge facing the industry that I love. When I founded @GetConstTalking with @procoretech I had no idea we’d have this level of impact: almost $700,000 raised for charity, events across three continents and hundreds of organisations inspired to take action. It’s incredible, and speaks to the collective will there is worldwide to tackle this issue from the grassroots up.
