@QuikForms "Fix the intake, then scale everything else" is exactly right. A broken intake means every downstream step inherits the mess.

Only about 16% of advisory firms use client onboarding and proposal tools. Most still rely on manual, fragmented workflows. The onboarding problem isn’t just resources. It’s infrastructure. Fix the intake. Then scale everything else. quikforms.com

@AndrewGiorgiAI What stack are you running for the onboarding piece specifically? Curious whether it's form → CRM → welcome sequence or something more custom.

Right now my agents run 48 automated tasks per day across all 3 businesses. They catch problems at 3 AM while I'm asleep. Client onboarding that took 45 minutes? Zero minutes of my employee's time now. Funding call scheduling that ate 4+ hours every day? Fully hands-off. I stopped being the operator. Now I just think about where to go next.

I built AI agent teams that runs 1 of my businesses & 2 of my client's businesses. Scheduling. Onboarding. QA. Order tracking. All of it. What used to eat 60+ hours of my week now runs without me touching it. Here's exactly how I set it up 🧵

@ezpe_al Once you write down how you do something once, you can delegate it, automate it, or at minimum stop rebuilding it from scratch every time.

@nofeefreelance Once you template and automate that step, the 10 hours/week starts to feel conservative. Good resource.

@gage_hill1093 Does the CRM handle ongoing retainer clients differently from one-off commissions? That split gets messy fast.

Freelance writers: the income dashboard you never had. How much did you actually earn in February? Which publication paid you the most per word? How many pitches did you send this month? What is your acceptance rate? Most freelancers guess. They run a real business without real data. Built a Notion system that answers all of this automatically. Link in reply.

my content agent published 3 articles while I slept. freelance contracts, client onboarding, cold email - all written, formatted, tagged, and live on dev.to by 7am. I didn't write a word of it. this is the bit people don't believe until they see it.

@MarcusSHolt For me the next level was treating client ops like a business too — not just the product. Onboarding, delivery, follow-up all documented instead of ad-hoc.

the best productivity hack I've found as a solopreneur: stop calling it a "side project." words matter. the moment I started treating it like a real business, I started acting like it was one.

A coach I spoke to used to spend 3 hours setting up each new client - welcome email, intake form, scheduling link, shared doc. She turned it into a 15-minute checklist. Same result, fraction of the effort. That's what a good onboarding system does.

@ethansuero_ The proposals + follow-ups piece is usually where the gaps show up — most freelancers have a client tracker but no clear system for leads that stalled. That limbo costs more than the admin time itself.

My Freelance Business Dashboard is now on Contra. It's a Notion setup I built to stop drowning in admin and I still use it every day to run my studio. One dashboard for everything: → Client management → Proposals & follow-ups → Finance tracking → Content planning A clean system built specifically for freelancers and small studios. @Entropic_AI The hardest part is usually the decomposition step — most people know what they want automated but can't articulate it as a clean process. Writing it out like this is actually 80% of the work.

How to easily turn a vague idea into a practical OpenClaw workflow: 💡“Plan a weekend trip with friends” ↳ 📁 Destination research (web browsing) ↳ 📁 Hotel price check (scrape + compare) ↳ 📁 Calendar sync (add events) ↳ 📁 Invite draft (email agent) ↳ 📁 Summary doc (auto‑generated) All inside one secure, local agent.

@NightDrakeV "Consistency is the thing clients notice but can't name" — brilliant framing. The step most skip before automating: map the process first. Document every touchpoint in Notion or a doc, then automate it. Systematise first, automate second. Automation of chaos = faster chaos.

Client onboarding is the easiest workflow to automate in make.com, and most agencies still do it by hand. One scenario. Six modules. Form trigger, folder creation, template copy, Slack notification, welcome email, client tracker update. Runs every time someone submits the intake form. No one on your team has to remember anything. The part that matters isn't the time saved. It's that every single client gets the same polished first experience, whether your team is having a great week or a terrible one. Consistency is the thing clients notice but can't name. Automation is how small teams fake being big ones.

@misha_templates Tabs are genuinely useful for client-facing systems. Instead of one scroll-of-doom page per project, you can now split brief, assets, feedback, and invoicing into clean tabs — all in one view. Big upgrade for anyone building service-based workflows in Notion.

This is a HUGE shift inside Notion ✨ It may look like a simple feature at first… but I’ve been waiting years for something like this. It completely transforms how templates are built and how workflows flow — I’m sooo excited to create amazing things with it 💖
Notion@NotionHQ

New block: Tabs 🗂️ Sometimes a page has a lot going on. Tabs let you organize it in a new way… no subpages, no mile-long scroll. Type /tabs to try it out (rolling out now).

The challenge isn't finding the tools — it's building a system around them. Most freelancers collect 20 AI tools and consistently use 3. The ones who actually save 100+ hours build a repeatable workflow first, then slot tools into each stage. Claude + a centralised Notion workspace + one delivery tool is a rock-solid starting stack for most.

20 powerful AI tools you can’t ignore in 2026. If you’re a: • Content creator • Marketer • Developer • Freelancer • Business owner These AI tools will save you 100+ hours. My favorites: → Claude for writing → Ideogram for images → Replit for coding → Canva for design → Heygen for AI avatars AI is not replacing you. Someone using AI will replace you. Comment “AI” and I’ll send the full list + links.

@emadgnia The signal framing is right. Most solopreneurs hit capacity at the operations layer before they ever max out on skill. AI shifts that constraint — but only if the underlying systems are solid enough for the agent to hand off to.

Hot take: AI inboxes aren't a productivity hack — they're a signal. When one founder (zero employees) deploys an Opus 4.6 agent to triage investor, customer, and press messages because he can't keep up: that's not automation. that's a new kind of leverage. The solopreneur ceiling just got raised.

@OmkarDutta Solid week ahead. The onboarding flow refinement is often the highest leverage item on a list like this — a tighter intake process means those 2 new kickoffs start with less back-and-forth from day one. Good luck with the Q2 planning too.

@0x_Something The workflow automation piece compounds hard when it's built on a structured backbone — intake, project management, delivery all connected. Without that, automations just patch chaos instead of removing it.

@misbah_2024 Solid list. The real unlock for freelancers isn't the tool though — it's having a workflow that connects them. Claude for writing only compounds when it's plugged into a client intake → brief → delivery system. Otherwise you're just switching between tabs faster.
