I built AI agent teams that runs 1 of my businesses & 2 of my client's businesses. Scheduling. Onboarding. QA. Order tracking. All of it. What used to eat 60+ hours of my week now runs without me touching it. Here's exactly how I set it up 🧵

People overcomplicate OpenClaw. Get a Mac Mini. Install it. Set up memory and personality plugins. Start building agents. Took me an hour and a half. I'm not a dev. Everyone thinks you need to be a developer to do this. You don't. That myth is creating a massive gap in the market for people willing to just try.

@AndrewGiorgiAI What stack are you running for the onboarding piece specifically? Curious whether it's form → CRM → welcome sequence or something more custom.

Do you see what's happening? Local AI is getting smarter. It's Opus 4.5 level Hardware that hosts those models are flying off the shelf Your window to host local models is shrinking In this video I cover EVERYTHING local AI models and how to host your own, even on Mac Minis:

@AlexFinn we learned that the biggest hurdle isn't the tech itself but convincing people to actually switch

@AlexFinn It’s been pretty wild to jump into this with no experience and still manage to create software that saves me hours every day

I’m telling you right now, most people using OpenClaw are not using it to its full capabilities. The amount of changes that should be made to the config files to ensure context doesn’t get lost after compaction, memory stays in tact, memory flushes are actually occurring prior to compaction & so many other things are not configured automatically. Tempted to just make a YouTube video & also post it on here for people to really get this stuff dialed in because it is the single variable that allows your agent to go from operating at 20% context (post compaction) to 90% (post compaction. Should I make this.? I have not seen a SINGLE PERSON talk about this on YouTube. Wild tbh.

@johann_sath Dude thank you. So tired of seeing people say that OpenClaw is dead. Nothing dies loudly. It dies silently. No one talks about n8n anymore. That shit is dead lol.

openclaw is dead all because of claude computer use no claude runs purely on anthropic openclaw runs on your hardware, uses any model, improves itself & works when you're not at your computer it's like saying google docs killed linux

new experiment. letting my OpenClaw agent run a TikTok account from scratch, without my input. it picks every topic. writes every script. tells me when to film. all based off my WeeklyClaw articles & trends. two elements to this experiment: 1. carousels - image generation & upload automation 2. direct tiktok based filming via script & manual upload dropping an article this week breaking down the full setup and every tool i'm using to make it work. already started today. updates incoming.

@minchoi OpenClaw still absolutely destroys anything else in the market. This is like saying GPT & OpenAI are beating Anthropic & Opus 4.6. 🤦‍♂️

RIP OpenClaw 💀 Claude now has > Voice mode > Agent Teams > 38+ Connectors > Cowork Projects > Scheduled tasks > Plugin Marketplace > Persistent memory > 1M Context window > Dispatch for remote control > Channels for Telegram & Discord > Claude can use computer to run apps💀
Claude@claudeai

You can now enable Claude to use your computer to complete tasks. It opens your apps, navigates your browser, fills in spreadsheets—anything you'd do sitting at your desk. Research preview in Claude Cowork and Claude Code, macOS only.

I'm building all of this in public. The wins. The failures. The exact playbook. If you run a business and want AI doing your ops work, follow along. I'll share with you everything I learn. ♟️

Biggest mistake people make with AI: trying to automate everything at once. Here's what actually works: 1. Pick ONE process that burns your time 2. Map every step of it 3. Build one agent to handle it 4. Let it run for a week. Watch it closely. 5. Then move to the next one Small wins stack. That's the whole secret.
