A legal fact: No mRNA drug has been or currently exists in the marketplace outside of complete immunity from civil suits by executive actions of both the Biden and Trump administrations under the PREP Act. Secretary Kennedy should amend the PREP Act to state that a person who mandates a medical countermeasure is not a covered person under the current declaration to protect the nation's due process rights. The decision, according to Congress, rests exclusively with the Secretary.

Many people ask why Kennedy does not end the PREP Act's emergency declaration. It's because the federal gov't has a contract w/Pfizer and others to maintain the PREP act immunity conditioned on the product staying in the marketplace. This is how little you are valued in America.

@GodsRiddles PJI (Pacific Justice Institute) said they can't go further after this round. We've been fighting for 4 yrs. My case is before Judge Nelson. Ray Hacke told me to seek other help now. My case is stronger, in my opinion, than Petersen v Snohomish Fire & Rescue.

I know nothing of religion. What I do know is that I was once orphaned by the evils of life. The 9th Circuit shocks the conscience by claiming that federal statutes and federal contracts commanding persons offering experimental drugs to Americans to do so only under voluntary conditions are mere suggestions and not federally binding obligations. INSANITY on CRACK!

@GodsRiddles Federal courts interpret the law and can issue rulings that override lower decisions when there are constitutional questions. If there’s disagreement, the proper path is appeal through the courts not claims of corruption. Let the legal process run its course

The Ninth Circuit overrode US Law and California State Law, without explanation, to declare that Governor Newsom can require nurses, doctors, and first responders to inject experimental drugs as a condition of licensed employment. Total corruption by a fed court. Appeal inbound.

82 nurses challenge the Ninth Circuit's ruling that states need not comply with federal law when issuing a state policy that violates it. Governor Newsom's violation of federal law deprived them of their 14th Amendment rights, and the 9th Circuit is trying to defend him.
