Two more Nigerians were arrested in India this week for cocaine and MDMA trafficking.

In January, two Nigerians were caught in Delhi with 418g of cocaine and 925 ecstasy tablets worth $600,000.
The same January, two more were arrested in Hyderabad with 150g of MDMA. One had been in India on an EXPIRED VISA since 2014.
In April, another two were caught in separate cases. One had 1 kilogram of high-quality cocaine.
This week, two more in South Delhi with 102g of cocaine, 13g of MDMA, and 85g of methaqualone.
The Indian police are now openly using the phrase โinternational drug syndicate run by Nigerians.โ
Read that line again. ๐
That is no longer a stereotype Nigerians can dismiss.
That is the language law enforcement in another country is using on official press releases.
The Nigerian Embassy in India needs to step up.
The Nigerian government needs a public response. Because every single Nigerian student, businessperson, doctor, and tech worker living in India now carries the weight of these arrests when they walk into immigration, when they rent an apartment, when they apply for a job.
A few bad actors are damaging the reputation of an entire community.
Ghana gave $10 billion to a Korean company to build 200,000 affordable houses.
Guess what. Yeah, you guessed right. Nothing was built.
This is because the Ghanaian partner, B.K. Asamoah, secretly filed paperwork to dilute the Koreansโ ownership in the company. The Koreans found out from the newspaper.
Ghana then issued a $1.5 billion sovereign guarantee. This was supposed to help STX Korea borrow money from Korean banks to fund the houses.
Instead the guarantee was handed to Asamoah, who flew around the world (UK, Switzerland, USA, Mexico, Nigeria) trying to use it to raise the money himself.
The Koreans only found out from the newspaper.
Both partners then tried to fire each other in the same week.
Zero houses were ever built. $300 million in fees and advances allegedly lost.
Then came Saglemi in 2012. Mahama approved $200 million for 5,000 houses.
The houses were supposed to cost $29,000 each. Ghana spent $293,000 per house. None were sold.
The Attorney General charged Collins Dauda and four others in 2021 for $200 million financial loss.
Earlier this year, the new Attorney General quietly withdrew the case.
200,000+ houses promised. Less than 700 delivered.

Weโll Not Remove First Lady Oluremi Tinubu As An Ordained Pastor In The RCCG - Adeboye
The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Enoch Adejare Adeboye, has stated that Nigeriaโs First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, will not be removed from her position as an ordained pastor in the church.
Speaking during the monthly Holy Ghost Service today, Adeboye explained that Oluremi Tinubu was ordained as an Assistant Pastor more than ten years ago, long before her husband, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, showed any intention of running for the presidency.
He emphasised that the First Lady went through the full process of ordination and has not violated any of the churchโs guidelines. He added that the church will not bow to external pressure calling for her removal.
@ARISEtv Another day to know that RCCG is a business organization not a church. I will keep saying it, if u like let them waste your future all in the name of the Lord says. Poverty rate is higher, cost of living is killing the living already.
@JoelAdyson@IamWeal12644247@ARISEtv Do you mind these foolish bitter idiots?
This woman was a very impacful Senator for years.
So because her husband became the president of Nigeria to your discontent, she should be removed as an ordained pastor of a the RCCG.
Who takes these crazy people serious?
