Hey @astoundconnects Iโ€™m astounded at how terrible your customer service is. My Internetโ€™s been out since 6pm & I was on hold for more than 30 min w customer service to tell me nothing. No reason why, no idea when itโ€™ll be back up. You can at least list outages on your website.

Just dropping in to say how much I love it when @astoundconnects increases my bill by 33% month because Iโ€™m a โ€œloyal customerโ€ and puts me on hold for 20 minutes to talk to a supervisor. Who do yโ€™all use for internet?

Oh look @CMLewisGeorgeW4! The 6900 block of 8th St NW is freshly repaved and @DDOTDC forgot the markings for the speed bumps in the #bikedc lane *again.* several other contraflows in Ward 1 & 3 have proper markings. Why canโ€™t they spare a little paint for Ward 4?
