🚨 Fortnite Community Events are now LIVE
Developers can now create Event posts at communities.epicgames.com by turning on the Event toggle.
Posts still go through moderation before appearing in Fortnite.
Epic says players will start seeing Events in-game after 12 PM EST today

Hey @Giddybrommetje. I know you’re frustrated by the recent changes to Discover, but that doesn’t make it okay to attack me multiple times a day. I want to hear developer feedback and keep making Discover better for devs and players, but you continue to cross the line and I’m going to mute you at this point.

🚨 Epic says thumbnails are becoming a bigger Discover signal.
In Epic's updated Discover documentation, they state that thumbnail best practices will have an even greater impact on island visibility starting in June 2026.
Some of the thumbnail guidelines Epic highlights:
• Accurately represent your gameplay
• Be unique and original
• Avoid misleading players
• Follow Fortnite's content guidelines
• Focus on clear visual communication
Worth keeping an eye on.

@uefngunss @FNCreate Content that has had less sessions gets shown more so we can confidently measure quality. We don't want a few bounce sessions early on to prematurely hurt the content's chances.
