@DividendDrip Honestly, too many. But biggest positions in the following; BG Managed BG American JPM Emerging Markets BNY Global Income Schroeder Managed Balanced FSSA Asia Focus Fundsmith Equity Have a good chunk in index too, S&P 500 and FTSE 100/250, L&G Tech Index etc. How about you?

@HarryUKISA What ETF’s are you holding?

I have been buying Vanguards FTSE All World ETF now for over a 100 days. With the recent drops, we’re now just 5.87% away from my average price. This really excites me. My strategy is to slowly accumulate shares of the global index. Then lower the price, the lower my average but also the cheaper the shares. The lower the price now, the richer I’ll be in the future. THIS is why this strategy works for me. It wins my emotions.

@moinvests28 The fees are a problem. Can get around some of them by setting up monthly direct debits but yeah, it’s not ideal especially for individual stocks

@HarryUKISA HL is crap ngl I used it when I was 17, the fees are mental (1-2% per transaction)

What’s great about HL is that I won’t see today’s chaos until tomorrow so I can pretend that it’s all fine for a bit. It’s fine. We’re fine. I’m fine.

@_LamNam_ Yeah I’m not a huge individual stocks guy, only have a few. Mostly funds

@HarryUKISA Oh maybe it’s what you’re invested in, if it’s the funds they dont update in real time, etfs do.

@_LamNam_ Everything updates daily at different times (I find) but some of it is so laggy, a day behind what I see the markets actually doing

I’ve got an order in for a little over £2k on SpaceX stock on IPO day this Friday. Am I an idiot? Yes, probably. I’m just too intrigued by it not to get involved. 100% driven by hype and emotion which is exactly how you shouldn’t do it. Anyway, I’ll let you know how it goes 🙃
