Syria needs a functional and empowered parliament soon for people to voice their frustrations through political participation and settle issues not with protests and counter protests with the potential for violence but through their representatives.

From the demonstration against Julani terror regime in Damascus: I am a cancer patient. Under the previous regime, I used to get my medication for free from Al-Biruni Hospital. Now it costs $800 or $900 on the black market. There is no electricity, and you have made the price of gas skyrocket! People need bread! They need to eat! We pay a 250,000 Syrian pounds just for bread

I cannot refute the claims enough: this was an organic protest, and no one in the protest movement to my knowledge was violent. This is how we build a society with competing worldviews peacefully.

This is Syrian Army. The pride and joy of Erdogan and A-Shara. This Syria of today. Daesh are the rulers.

Today I attended the IMO successful “Law and Dignity” protest at Youssef al Azmeh Roundabout in central Damascus. I’ve shared videos, but here are a few notes.
