@GreyYuyu I unironically love that gear is almost meaningless because I believe a player should be rewarded for the effort they put in with their results rather than simply doing better because they rolled good rng on twine or were funneled by a static. Housing stuff seems rough tho.

XIV’s rewards and gear feels incredibly meaningless and almost nothing feels rewarding. Most stuff gets replaced too quickly, most people can’t use furniture due to a lack of a house and there aren’t any new player hubs where you can show off your rare mounts

@blazstruggles hakumen is definitely making the right choice chilling here. the platinum seems to think its an opportunity to bm for free but hakumen is gaining meter passively, giving him a significantly better chance to win at a disadvantage. plat almost trolled herself into a loss lol.

@VideoArtGame Dragon-King Thordan with his knights and dragons (FFXIV DSR). No other gaming encounter even comes remotely close for me.

Over 6K and a corner steal off an anti air but it's slow so it's fair and balanced

@envinyon friends told me what to do for ex train and we cleared on the second pull and i didnt die on the third+ so i don't think things have changed too much tbh

After doing most of stormblood's extremes now, I do think most of them are boring by current standards but there's something to be said about high end content that you can grab a friend, tell them what to do in a couple minutes, and clear no issue
