Commercial aviation has a built in bottom line.
The aircraft must fly safely and meet a myriad of requirements with crews who have to meet certain standards, flying to-from approved airports with certain facilities.
The grift has been to establish a โlow costโ airline, hemorrhage money, then demand government subsidies to provide continued service to underserved communities.
