Meta Quest Pro app sharing is a great feature -- when it works. Be sure to add your secondary account _before_ turning on app sharing (even though the wizards try to force you to do it in reverse order).

@barrsm I wouldn't recommend any kind of AR for hazardous environments, I think. Most of our projects revolve around AI and object recognition -- so streaming video will work just fine for that. And Quest Pro does seem to have decent plane detection from some apps I've tried.

@HoloLensDevs May I ask what your software does with AR? I’m just worried the QPro’s AR isn’t providing a lot of value. Video, so hard to recommend for dangerous environments, no depth detection, not sharp enough to read screens, etc.

After a day with the Meta Quest Pro, we feel it is definitely a game changer both for AR as well as VR. Passthru AR will extend the AR ecosystem for several years. Passthru also alleviates the VR-typical background fear of tripping.
